Product Features
This monochrome pad printing machine features an oil basin type oil supply system with microelectronic keyboard control. It offers independent adjustment of the pad's up/down stroke and speed, along with a worktable adjustable in X, Y, Z axes and angle. With wide application range, high printing efficiency, and easy operation, it meets graphic printing requirements for various surfaces including flat, curved, and irregular shapes. Widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, hardware, plastic, toys, stationery, and other industries.
Construction & Process
The rack is constructed from thickened square tubes for solid structure, finished with baked paint for a bright surface. The chassis is cast aluminum, and all accessories are CNC processed and oxidized for elegant appearance and durability.
Oil Supply System
The oil basin type oil supply system provides large printing area, easy installation and disassembly, and flexible operation. Printing is achieved by directly pouring prepared ink into the oil basin.
